Assistance with our credit card. Said we had not responded to information they sent us through the mail and we should push 1 to speak to a customer service representative, which I did. The agent told me the name of the company was Card Member Services. Said they handled both Visa and Mastercard when I asked what company they represented. When I told the agent my number was on the DO NOT CALL list, she just hung up on me immediately. She did not give me an opportunity to ask them not to call again. We have received these calls several times in past, but we always hung up rather than pushing 1 for customer agent.
