I am tired of getting these phone calls. The FTC is investigating the man behind them by the name of Roy M. Cox Jr. He runs a company in California called Genu Tec Business Solutions. The link I have here has a list of his board members. Just click on the name and give them a call. The phone number does not work for Scott Hartman or Edith Martin. http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/private/relationship.asp?personId=25988371
Wouldn't it be great if we all flood them with phone calls?
Lower credit card debt (I have no credit card debt).
They call every 45 minutes through out the day until I actually answer the call then when asked not to call back they are rude asking why I called them then and they hang up. They quit for a couple of days then it all starts over again.
I have kept them on the line checking out what they are offering and If I wire them $500 they will start the negotiation task with my credit cards.
Plus they want the credit card numbers, expiration date and security codes for the cards.
I played along and gave them bogus #'s and they got mad and hung on me.
They never would tell me exactly what they do. Several messages from them have advertised lower credit card interest rates, get out of debt, combine credit cards - but when I speak with a representative, they will not tell me what they can do for me unless I give them a credit card number. They claim to "need" just one credit card number to gather enough information on how they can be of service to me.
Lowering interest rates. I have not had any credit cards in four years and have no debt. I also have no student loans and never had. My car loan was paid in full in 2008. I do not have any credit due.
