Called me twice today....only automated system telling me to call back and that I am being prosecuted

Received email with this number as the call back 202 506-8086 and said I was going to be prosecuted in court house for check fraud and frauding the government. Most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. This has to be a scam.

Caller: Alan Cooper claims to be attorny general but does not say where?
