Someone with a thick middle Eastern accent, claims there is an affidavit for my arrest......REALLY!?

This guy called my son saying he owed $530 for a cash advance of america loan and would have him arrested the next day if he did not pay. I called the number posing as his wife. The man who answered identified himself as Greg Washington US Legal Services, BCI. He said I would have to get a green dot card, put the money on it and call him with the card number. Or I could go to a western union office and do a Person to Person transaction to Lisa Esmay, Austin TX, 78750.. When I asked for documentation showing signatures of the loan he said he could not do that as it was against policy and I would see the documentation when the sheriff arrived at my home. Needless to say, I am reporting him to the FBI as a scam....

Started calling me yesterday at work and leaving messages that if I didn't call him back, I was going to get arrested at my home. Yes I and a little scary beause I have a sick daugther at home and I wouldn't want my kids to see me get arrested. He didn't leave me a meesage why he was call me but is haven't been the right time he call. He said his name was Attorney Washington. Please help us.
