I answered Hello. Man's voice says Hello? I said "That's what I said" He repeated Hello? and I repeated "That's what I said". We both repeated a third time and I realized it was a recorded Hello? because each sounded the same as the others. I think they are trying to have you say "YES" so they can splice that into whatever they want you to agree to. Next, there was a silent pause and then a disconnect.
