I was told to call back due to a criminal investigation

I was told If I didn't resolve the situation and call him back that we would just have to wait and see how the situation unfolds and criminal charges are brought against me and I will be arrested and put in prison

claimed to be from IRS, wont leave me alone

claimed to be from IRS, told them we would three way call police for trying to scam me, they hung up.

They know my name and they told me that it was a wake up call, and i told the a wake up call for what? They said that i owned money to the irs since 2009, and i was like uhh, i just turned 18. And left the call.
