Just got the same message. I did investigative research and found that it is 100% bogus call and scammers from India. Called IRS Office and they confirm that they never send such calls. So people beware ... 1) DO NOT CALL THAT NUMBER BACK 2) BLOCK THAT NUMBER .
After a while, they will figure out you are unto their scam and leave you alone. Hope this helps people out there. Have a nice day!
