This number showed it originated out of Washington DC. The person on the other line said that my phone and email has been registered to receive an over $8,000 Grant from the US Treasury. I yelled scam into the phone and immediately blocked the number. Exactly one hour later I received a call from what I presume the same number using a restricted-access so that my phone would ring. I hate getting yelled scam and hung up on the scammer. I am reporting this call because the back door to a restricted number after their call has been blocked with the same kind of scam.
