IRS is taking you to court...... the recorded caller on the other end will tell you. Once you dial back, they answer IRS though hard to understand the conversation as the individual appears to have a heavy India accent and sounds as if they are in a warehouse setting (you can hear multiple calls going on). You'd think the gov would step in and track down these monsters.
