Called at 1:10am CST. the name given was Chris Morris and talked about enforcement by US Treasury which would be a magistrate judge or grand jury so I must contact them and he gave this number.

Left a message for me while I was at the movies today. Caller states that their name is Chris Morris and that he is calling you to appear in court, and that ignoring the message is illegal somehow. Some kind of scam.
