SCAM, ASKED IF IT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST NAME I SAID YES AND THEY HUNG UP. I CALLED BACK AND THEY KEPT HANGING UP

They hit my phone too, same as you're probably seeing on all the scam reporting web sites. Fake IRS agent with thick foreign accent attempting to scare people into paying false back taxes.
