This is a scam call. They say they are Sheryl Sandberg from Facebook grant program. They hack into your Facebook and repost your pic and ask one of your already friends to friend them. Then they proceed to say how they have been trying to get a hold of you because they won some of the money from the grant and saw your name on the UPS list when they got their prize. They want you to wire a Western union money transfer fee and you will get the money prize you selected. Total scam!!
