This is a tax scam from India. People demanding that you pay them immediately or go to prison. They are rude and tell you that there is a warrant out for your arrest and that you can settle it now for thousands of dollars by sending a money gram to the Attny General. If you say you'll get an attorney to handle it they will tell you they are proceeding with the arrest and seizing your bank account and hang up on you.
