The person that called me was definately not of American upbringing, he was at time hard to understand. He stated his name was Ryan Samuel and his extention was 118 and said I was preapproved for a loan of 5,500.00 however, I would have to go to a western union and send money. After informing him that it is a scam he wanted to know how I knew that and I informed him that I have been doing research on this and any time you have to send money you are being scammed. I repeated the work NO to him and SCAM in which he hung up.
