I called back and he asked me for my name and info which I refused to do until I got more info about who he was and how he had my number. He got mad and told me not to call him again. How can we report him? He could be getting people's Social Security numbers and scamming. them.
I got a voicemail and just deleted it. A few days later, got a text that said my local police department would be filing an arrest warrant.
"officer Marcus Brown" (actually a computer generated voice) stated he was with the criminal investigation division of the IRS and that my tax return contained fraud and misconduct which must be rectified immediately.
Same IRS Scam. I asked for his ID number if you were fused to give it I informed him that his prison was unconstitutional I also informed him about article 7 section 21 but he play dumb so I informed him I'm filing a police report which is a felony to impersonate a federal officer
What a joke. IRS will never call you! It is fun to continue to call them back and waste their time.
