Also received a call from "Boris" (who had a thick Asian accent) about a rental property. I told him it was a scam and to take me off his calling list. He called back two more times (where I picked up and then hung up on him) and three more times in rapid succession, I assume to harass me as it was obvious I wasn't going to do business with him.

Started asking about a rental property, when I told the guy that I haven't owned that property for over 10 years, he told me to go to hell.
