This number calls and does not respond when I pick up. Twice a day as a rule. It's annoying and now I'm angry. Found this JEFFREY HULSE on google. Attempted to call him but you only get a message and cannot leave one. I'd have him arrested, or greatly inconvenienced if I could.

I receive calls daily or even more often from this number. Also, I think they use another number using an area code for my State. I never answer calls I do not recognize and these people never leave a message.
The only 'identifier' was "I.R." and the number with an area code the same as mine said, "Fairview, N.C.

Caller: All my caller i.d. said was, "I R." and the other number I believe they used with my area code said, "Fairview, N>C>"

According to previous reports this is a weird spam call. Trying to figure out why this call wasn't blocked already by the community BEFORE I got it!?

They left a voicemail saying I entered a contest on Live Nation and I had won a 3 day trip. I haven't called them back.
