So I do severely regret listening to some of these forums... I was also served I owed it but didn't think they would do anything about it did my research and found out that they are an investment firm, meaning they can take you to court. When I first got the call it took me by surprise I borrowed that money but hated the lender. I wish I never borrowed from the lender not to sure whats going to happen...

This is the 3rd site with this "US Processing" showing that they are a scam. I live in Harris county and have to pay over 1000 dollars in court because I ignored there notice. I was given 72 hours. I returned the call when I had a processor serve me at my work 2 weeks later. They did put me on a payment arrangement but it would have been alot cheaper if I called them a month sooner. FYI Be careful. If you think its a scam and you are right, no big deal, if you think its a scam and you're wrong, you get screwed!!!

This is a spam debt collector. They call saying that you have 72 hours to respond about owing money for Pay Day Loans taken out back in 2007 or 2008. Names used are Michael Ramsey, Jennifer Mcneil. Often times they will call and leave no name. They call themselves US Processing Inc.
