I have had the same experience. I lost $1025 on this. I effectively applied to a Federal grant and when I received that call I was so desperate that I jumped on the opportunity without any doubt. I was stupid. I think since the number is still operational, it can be traced and the man David Bell or any other name he might have must be arrested. Any outcome I would love to be informed. Thanks

This is a spam bank number... They told me I had 7000 on the bank all I need to do was send them 650 so my state could release the money to me
