I received a call about free money of 7,000 that I did not have to pay His name is Matthew Roger but I have to pay $260 dollars

Said I would receive 7,000 dollars Government Grant, but I would have to give them a deposit, when I said this sounded like a scam, he Joe Blair said if I didn't take the money it would go to charity, so I hung up.

Claimed I'd qualified for a grant. When I asked to speak to someone who had a less drastic accent they hung up on me!

Asked for personal info. but already had ss#, offered 7000.00 gov grant for a 250.00 processing fee. Even used www.grants.gov as a reference.
