They just called me up, said that I am been sued by the IRS. I knew that they had made a mistake, but to make myself feel better I called IRS myself. Found out that IRS does not work that way. If anyone out there is taking advantage of the elderly they should ashame of themselves.

they left 3 messages today saying i am being sued by the IRS, This is Spam. The IRS only contacts you by mail & certified mail if they are taking legal actions.
they say I am being sued by the IRS - they hang up or ask my phone number when I call back.
