Recorded message saying that "This is the IRS!" and they received a legal notice that I had committed tax fraud and that I had to call them before the action went to court. Scam.

I got the same thing...I work for a big company and called from the corp. phone. They ask if I was calling from XXXX and I said yes...the phone call ended...

I just got a call from this number with a robotic voicemail stating I had a legal petition notice concerning tax fraud against my name. I called them back, and they asked for my name and last four digits of my social security number. I kindly replied,"no sir, I will not provide you with my social security number, because I do not feel safe providing my personal information over the phone"... he then called me a bowl of s*it and hung up.

I called the number back... I said "I'm not too sure you are the Internal Revenue Service"... he hung up on me.

I got the same the message sounds like a robot and the name was not recognizable. Threats of legal action from IRS. The person had a deep accent, A couple of days before this message I had left my phone # with an online reservation service for airline flights. I'm not saying the company/personal/someone has something to do with it but it is coincidental. Call came from 2026210639

Total Scam!

They told me I had back taxes and legal fees from before I was legally allowed to work!

I got a call four days after my identification was stolen saying they had a legal petition notice concerning tax fraud and before it goes to the Federal Claim Court House I need to call them back. Automated voice, ending with 'YOU HAVE A NICE DAY." Wow...don't call. Obviously bogus.

"IRS" says i need to pay back taxes to avoid further legal actions. This is a fraud for sure. Do not give any information.

Got a call from this number saying something about the IRS and it showed that the call was from Washington DC. FRAUD

The voicemail was a robot voice talking about IRS tax fraud. When I called back, the person on the line cussed at me, saying F*ck you Motherfuc*er and hung up on me. HEAVY ACCENTED LIVE VOICE

why doesn't the IRS go after people like this, it makes them look bad.

I got a call from this # today saying they were from the IRS. I hung up, it was obviously fake. I'm in Oregon.
