Barely audible sound. Calls constantly. I finally answered, he took forever to begin speaking, then was quiet and quickly mumbled voice with an indian accent. I only understood the words "government" and "qualify." I
knew where this was going. I disconnected.
From Dist of Columbia, multiple times a day. Goes to message but none is left. Huge nuisance, on 3 phones with caller ID!
