Claimed they were taking a survey (an allowed DNC exemption) and if I participated, I would be given a free 2 person, 2 night cruise to the Bahamas if I simply picked up the gratuities and port-of-call tax. (No legitimate survey I have taken has promised such compensation.) They required a credit card number to charge the PoC tax to. I doubt this is a legitimate survey; I believe it is a scam to gain access to credit card numbers using a loophole in the Do-Not-Call law as a cover.

The message indicates the entity can lower interest rates on my credit cards yet when I decided to press the key requested after receiving the call and got a live person, they could not provide me with my credit card number and told me it was any credit card that I had which told me it was bogus.
