Scam call saying Gov Grant Office had $10,000 for me...ha!

Got a call from this number claiming a lawsuit had been filed against me along with a warrant for my arrest.
Caller: IRS (supposedly)
Got a call from this number twice today and now I blocked it from my phone. It was from the FBI (Federal Bureau of India) or can be from the IRS (India Revenue Service) I finally got rude with them and said they were scammers and trying to steal money from hard working Americans by scare tactics. Then the guy (with a foreign accent) hung up.
