I just got the same phone call. I talked to two different people, one with an Asian Accent and one with an Indian accent. They got upset with me when I would not give them my credit card number or my bank account number.

Just called me thick accent Asian guy named Michael Foster. Told me about $9000 grant.

SCAM unknown number said I would get a $9000 government grant and to call this number - very thick indian accent and I gave him the wrong zipcode and he 'confirmed' it anyway. Googled and it's a scam
