Received a call from and UNAVAILABLE. The person had an Indian accent and was saying that they are calling on behalf of the US Government Located in Washington DC. They say that I am to receive a free government grant and wanted to verify my information. I told them I would not give them any information and they they needed to provide me with a call back number.202-657-6428.. of course the number they gave me not a Washington area code. It is a scam.. DO NOT let these people fool you. They will take you for all they can.

Received the same call. Caller claimed his name was Andy Cooper, which is funny because I know an Andy Cooper.

I received a call directing me to call this number saying I was to receive a grant for 9000 dollars, they did have my address also.

I received a call stating that I received a grant from the United States Government. I tried calling back to the number that was given to me from another line but the person who answered the phone said nothing and I said nothing either and just hung up....which leads me to believe this is a scam. How are these people getting information is what I would like to know.

I also received a call stating the same...I called from another number and someone answered and said nothing so I hung up!
