The caller claimed to be from the "Democratic Party" raising funds for the DNC. This is a SCAM and not how the DNC operates. Please don't fall victim to this scam, the same sets of numbers are also calling my 93 year old grandmother claiming to be "Republican National Fund" raising money to get Kavanaugh "elected to the Supreme Court" lol like that's how government works. I'd guess out of country SCAMMERS.

Don't answer and they don't leave vms. Keep calling even though I blocked them.

A telemarketer called requesting a donation for the DNC. When I explained that I am having financial difficulty, he continued to harass me for a donation. The man wanted me to donate money even though I told him that I was concerned about my rental payment and car note. I asked him was someone at the office going to pay my rent and car note. He kept stating about how we need to win the back the House. I told him I don't care and continued to ask me to listen to his speel even though I was becoming irate. I called the number back to demand not to be contacted about donations in the future, and a recording stated the phone number had been changed. The callback took place in less than a minute from the original call.

Caller ID shows 'Not In Service'. These calls with this label just started recently, but at least once per day. No message left on the machine.
