Call back, and it states all circuits are busy now.

The caller says he's from The Federal Government Grants program and that I qualified for an $8,400 grant that I don't have to pay back as long as I use it for legal purposes.
He then asks for a credit card or bank account number that he says he will transfer the money to within 45 minutes.
Obviously once he gets that information he will siphon money from it.
