Called at 6:30 AM Saturday morning. Very phony IRS recording stating we were in default. Totally bogus.

I just received the same phone call saying that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against us. I had a feeling it was a spam call. I googled the #, and found this site. I'm glad I did. Won't be calling them back!

phone call message stating we were being sued by IRS, person who answered has Indian accent and there was a lot of background noise, when asked where was he located he hung up on me.

Never knew the IRS worked on Saturdays. Obviously a scam origninating from India. Man gave me his "badge number", and then hesitated when I told him IRS agents don't have badge numbers. When I informed him I was a US Marshall he became very confused.

If you get a call from this losers, just have fun with them.

Just received the same message stating IRS was filing lawsuit against me...attempted to return the call only to have someone in India answer the phone stating they were the IRS. When have you ever had actual person answer the phone at the IRS?.. Hung up immediately

I just got this same call from the "IRS" that I was being sued from the agency. When I called them back it was from an out of country number.

This is a bogus call supposedly from the IRS threatening an immediate lawsuit. The robo callers are obviously criminals!
