I got the same call 2 days ago with the exact same message, tax due from 2008 till 2013 or I'll go to jail , law suit pending , Indian speaking voices with a lot of background noise , the whole bit ! I played with them for a few minutes then told them to go to hell and hung up . Don't be fooled! They did have my address . What a waist of time.

Got a call yesterday from number and said IRS law suite...I wish these people would get a job and stop! I just hope people do not fall for this crap!

Same thing happened to me. When I called back from another phone, I said I knew this was not how the IRS operates and they hung up.

A guy with an Indian accent calling himself Mack answered when I called back, said I owed back taxes from my 2008 through 2013 returns totaling $7000-something and wanting to know if I wanted to resolve the situation. Said there was an arrest warrant out in my name. I let him do his spiel for a few minutes and then started mocking him and asked if many people fall for this BS. I asked to speak to his supervisors (David, Justin, and somebody else), but they were all busy. When I laughed at him he threatened to send my case file to the Attorney General.

It sounds like a very cheap operation out of India. There's a lot of back ground noise. Don't answer or, like I did, have some fun with them if you're bored!

they called and it was a message voice saying that I am being sued by the IRS and to call that number and talk to them. NOT ME..they are liars and scammers.
