Got the call from number 2024369791..they said i have been rewarded 9000$ as i have paid my taxes on time, i have no criminal record and they are calling from federal government.. i asked them mail me or let me know their website which she didn't tell as only their account manager can give all these details..she asked me to call back @2026846956 and provide my grant number which she gave me. Then i searched in the google these two number and found this is spam.

many thanks for posting your experiences. My brother received a similar call two days ago, asking to call back 202 6846956 for a "federal grant" he qualified for that would not need to be paid back, from a caller named Kimberly. She even provided him a grant ID#, and sounded very convincing.

They called me earlier so I googled what a free grant from the new york bank was and it turns out it was a Scam. Thank you people I almost fell for this dumb pathetic garbage. His name is Ryan ext. 1035

This number (claiming to be US Federal Grant) called my mother (Senior Citizen) stating she was awarded/approved for a grant (9K), which she never applied for. Stating that she was selected because she paid her taxes on time (not true) and in order for her to receive the funds she needed to deposit $200 in their bank to secure the transfer to Western Union....This is a SCAM do not trust them, they will give you a confirmation number and tell you to call them when your at Western Union so you can transfer the $200 in their account and they will later transfer the funds to you....DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
