I called back and the lady who finally answered was extremely rude and trying to get information out out of me... I would not confirm anything and have blocked the number since then! It is my 3 it fourth call similar to this one. Do people not have a life!

I have been receiving calls from this number for the past few days. It's always a reco ding telling me I have fraudent charges against me and a warrant has been issued for my arrest. It also says that I will be served with orders either at home or work. It's so bad now that they called my 83 year grandmother and almost gave her a heart attack be she thought I was in some kind of legal trouble. How do I stop these calls it's obviously some kind of a SCAM.

They've called me 3 days in a row when I wasn't home, saying I had two fraudulant cases filed against my SS#.Said I would be served either at work or home if I didn't call them back with a case# they gave me. Why can't the gov't do anything about these calls. Obviously, they are calling hundreds of us & nothing is being done about it.

I forward my home phone which I do not use anyway to their number, so when they call they get themselves and can not leave a message

They have called me several times with the same message I have seen on here. I luckily didn't answer and after hearing the message I looked their phone number up and saw these comments . I reported them to my state for fraudulent callers and I have now started calling them from a number I no longer use and told them I had reported them and never call me again and the lady who answered actually said " all right ma'am". Haha I think I will continue to call them and keep the phone lines busy. Lol

I got the call with the same message. I reported it to the FTC. I called my local police department and they said it was a scam and to block the number. When I tried to call the number back to tell someone to stop calling me it just went to a VM and said your party is not available to take your call. Please leave a message after the tone. No company name. No information. Very shady and unprofessional on the VM or the message I received on my telephone.

we received a call from theses people, concerning my wife. she called back placed on hold, then the lady was very rude, did not give any specific information concerning the debt. wanted the wife's SS#, she only gave the last 4, but still no info on the debt. we asked for 24 hrs to look in to the issue on our end, the kept pushing to resolve now. they finally hung up on us. defiantly a scam!

I receive a message at home and also it looks like they called my cell phone. I will not give out any info after reading this. I haven't commited any fraud so I was pretty sure this was a scam. Thanks for all of your comments.

This number calls repeatedly, only uses your name and tells you to call the number back but the number is always busy and can't leave a message.

Scam. So I've been calling their number for the last 30 mins, tying up their resources and trolling them. Vengeance :)

This is a scam saying I have charges filed against me.

This caller has been harassing me for the last three days! Says they are issuing a warrant judgment against me for fraud against my social security number. Tells me I have to call them back before they proceed to file in court. So on a hunch, I called them back and all I got was a recording, and then the phone automatically disconnects! This is definitely a scam! What they try to do is scare you into giving them all the information on you! Did not even get to a human person to talk to! I am reporting this number to the Attorney General's Office!

No name was given for the caller; just "This call is for "MY NAME" to let you know that a summons will be served at your home or place of work for fraudlent charges on your account" First of all I don't have any accounts other than my Phone & Internet which is with AT&T. Any time AT&T calls me they always give me a call us back # and always respond to my calls.
I don't know what these idiots want from me and I don't care! They'll never get anything from me! Now Where do I get a device that blocks these calls??
