I have been receiving none stop calls from this number. I finally called them back after they somehow got the telephone number of my sister and cousin. I spoke with a male and told him I wasn't paying anything. He told me good luck. I then called back and I keep getting put on hold. I was calling back to ask to be taken off their scam list, but I can't get a live person now. These people are full of crap!!!

THEY ALSO GO BY GOLDMAN AND ASSOCIATES.... SCAM!!!!! BLOCK THE CALLS!! KEEP IN MIND THAT NO ONE WILL EVERY CONTACT YOU BY PHONE REGARDING LEGAL MATTERS, ESPECIALLY THINGS DEALING WITH FRAUD. YOU WILL ALWAYS GET A CERTIFIED LETTER THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN FOR, NORMALLY DELIVERED BY A SHERIFF (IF ITS A SUMMONS), BUT NEVER A CALL!

I receive a call from this number faithfully every single day while I'm at work. I finally called back, frantic! Thankfully I was place on hold for 3 mins and so I hung up. I then googled this number and saw all of these comments. I decided to call back and wait to speak with someone. A very rude lady asked me to verify the last 4 of my SS#. I asked her to first tell me what this is regarding in which she replied that she must know she is speaking to the correct person first so that my personal business isn't being shared with the wrong person. Funny but you just left 10 voicemails on my phone with my former name with the threat that there are 2 cases with fraudulent activity attached to my name BUT OK!! So I gave her the wrong numbers. She then says very rudely "Well since you want to play games, we ARE moving forward. Good luck" and slammed the phone down. I need to learn how to block these flipping idiots from calling my phone. All I can think is that if they would have picked up the first time I tried calling before I read these comments, I would have given them my info out of fear something was attached to my name in error. They should be charged criminally for illegally obtaining people's info under false pretenses.

This number has called my voice mail for the last THREE DAYS in a row putting the fear of God into me. (I am DEBT-FREE but for an IRS issue being addressed.) But, I thought it was THEM and was afraid to call back, searching this number to HERE instead.

WHO IS THIS and how do we make them STOP?? It's actually 'cruel and abusive' behavior!

They said on all three messages, exactly: "Fraudulent activity has been attached to your name and your social security number (my name). I do need to make you aware of your legal rights to address charges prior to them being filed against you. You need to do so before you received your summons at your place of employment or at your home address. Once you're served your rights will be forfeited." (case number ...ask for legal dept.)

Do we know that this IS a SCAM??

Same here. A man on the phone kept me on hold when I tried to explain they had the wrong name. When I called back, the man told me to have a nice day and hung up when I said I wasn't Cynthia...

Don't know what they're all about, but I'm pretty leary of anyone who tells me they're about to transfer me, leaves me on hold for more than a minute and then hangs up when I call back.


I'd bet dollars over dimes he's up to nothing good.

These people are scam artist, that prey on the elderly because they believe everything that is said...They need charges filed against them of elder abuse.

I've been received multiple phone calls from this same number. This happened to me years ago with a different scam. Do NOT believe a word they say nor give them your social security number. I just blocked the number. Boy, I wished I picked up the phone to give them a piece of my mind!!!

These bastards have been calling me for the last three days and telling me my name is Kenneth Cruz and I have pending charges against me. On numerous occasions, I try to call them back and tell them it's a mistake and before I get a chance to talk, they tell me have a nice day. Do not fall trapped by these scumbags. It appears to be a young black woman that answers the phone with a real attitude problem

This is another scam. DO NOT FALL FOR IT. They say a complaint has been filed against you and you need to call, and then pay a fee to get out of the complaint. It's fake, a scam.

I just got the call with the same message. I heard about this scam a year ago, wanted to look up the number to see what I could find before I called it back. Glad for this website.

Yes sYing i have used this ssn fraudulent. And they will be sending papers for me to go to court then they used this fake case number starting in sb with numbers following she said her name was holly Stevenson

They have called my number before and I just ignore them. I called the district attorney office in Washington DC and gave the number and what they said plus the Deltman Associates from Washington, D.C. info. Hopefully they will do something. Do Not give SS number to anyone.

Ok this number has been calling me Monday-Friday for at least a month. They call both cell phones of mine that are on Tmobile. The message is left by a recording, not a real person. And keeps telling me I'm gonna be served with a summons. This isn't the 1st I've received bogus calls I kinda wonder if T-Mobile sold my numbers.

They called me twice. At my job and my cell. And broke the law by stating all info to whoever answered at my job. So since I had nothing better to do I called them and they gave me bogus dates for some loan I supposedly took out that was deposited to an account I hadn't had in over a year. So I called them back when they hung up on me, then they hung up on me again, so I called again. Figured since they could keep calling me I would keep calling them. Kept getting hung up. Oh well. Guess they thought I was stupid enough to give them more info or payment. Not gonna happen. If they call again I guess we will just have another go around. It is entertaining to aggrevate them as much as they aggrevate me. They are low scrums cause they are going to get people to pay even when they don't owe.

Yes, I received the call from another number and blocked that number and then received it from this number. What they do is when you question them and tell them that they are frauds, ask for their name, request a supervisor or manager so that you can forward the information to your attorney, they put you on hold and their intention is not to return to the phone, but figure you will hang up or as I was told it was done so that they don't have to hang up on you.
