My 202-706-5642 lasted long enough for me to decide it was a computer generated call in which I disconnected. Andy Rooney had an antidote for computer generated calls; the moment you realize it start pressing the # repeatedly, maybe 10-20 times, this confuses the computer making the call and it kicks your number off the list as non-valid. Andy is sorely missed.

Yes, I received the same call and they gave me a 800-847-2911 to call them to verify who they are and the rep advised they are giving out there number and it is a scam.
