So stupid. So I answer the phone, listen to the idiotic message, pressed 1. A foreign sounding individual answers, tells me its the Social Security Administration asks for my name and zip code so he can "help" me. I ask him, "can you tell me more about what this is about im very cautious about giving out my personal information."..... then he hung up on me.

Called stating that they were SSA and wanted whole SS#. Scam please do not give any info to these ppl.

Received call from this number and I did not answer. No message left. I looked it up on line and says the phone number is from Washington DC Inspector General.

They would call you about an issue according to their website unless you contacted them first. This number is spoofed

Keeps calling somehow even though I blocked the number. Wants my SSN for thier supposed investigation. I read an article about this scam so how are these calls getting through if everybody supposedly knows that this is a scam operation!
