I got a call from this number: They told me I was under audit by the IRS and that I owed them $3000. My options were pay the costs immediatelly, be arrested (there was a apparently a warrant out for my arrest) or go to court which would escalate my fees to $30000. Once I mentioned I had a friend who worked for the IRS I wanted to consult, he got real weird and hung up on me. Thanks a lot for a great way to wake up "Daniel Martin"
