She said I qualified for a $9,000 grant no strings attached, does not have to be paid back. Spoke very poor English. I asked for a Website address so I could look this info up and I was told there wasnt a website. Number is now blocked

She said she was from the US Treasury Dept and I qualify for a one time grant that does not have to be paid back. In the background you could here others calling & talking to others with the same scam info.
