The caller never said anything just hung up
I answered, they say they are working for United States couldn’t understand him, very thick accent saying my phone number been randomly selected for a grant that doesn’t need to pay back in the future.... yea right, I hung up right away!
Call back, they just hang up. Never leaves messages either, just hangs up.
