I am an Indian. I called the number as it was in a voicemail with the "... lawsuit etc...". I spoke to somebody on the phone who detected my accent and advised "For your own sake, don't call back at this number. Nothing will happen .... it is all nonsense .... since you are Indian I am telling you". So, just ignore any call from this number - "Nothing will happen". I should have googled the number first ...

Got same call& message but was an automated voice. Left this number but caller ID was from Dallas, TX (972.453.9831)

Received the same voice message, but calling from a payphone of number 518-399-9915.

received this voicemail today: "Hello we have been trying to reach you. This call is officially a final notice from IRS Internal Revenue Service the reason of this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing a lawsuit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number 2027472162. I repeat 2027472162. Thank you."

Same as above......they said I would be arrested, a warrant would be on my door in 45 minutes. I talked to 3 different "Senior Managers" because I kept asking questions. He said can to pay $X,XXX.00 amount or not??? You're wasting my time, and yours.

Same call this morning. Same story as everyone else's. Just reported to donotcall registry.

Received a message claiming to be the IRS and that they have been trying to reach me and are now filing a lawsuit against me. Then they left the 202-747-2162 number for me to call. It seemed to be an Indian accent. This is scam. Don't call these stupid
