Pretending to be an officer for the IRS in regards to a Criminal suit IRS does not call people on the telephone

Received a recorded call saying there is a criminal lawsuit against me, case # CF 93271, and that either I or my lawyer needed to call back immediately, if not then I was wished luck with what would happen.
Call back number was a recording saying there was no open lines available
The caller was identified as Daniel Wyman

I got a phone call also. These people should be reported and have a criminal case against them! Talk about heart failure! They provided me with a case number and said that criminal charges had been filed against me!

Spam???

Officer Daniel W. In reference to law suit call back the same #. If I don't return call, good luck as situation unfolds on me. I'm quite sure IRS Officer would not threaten me like that and if the IRS were going to drag me into court I would have some inkling of this already. I feel for people who may fall for such fear tactics.

Said there is a criminal case against me and if I don't call the number back things will get really bad for me.

computer generated message stating case #CF93271 was time sensitive and need to hear from me or my lawyer to resolve this issue.

robot call that there is a lawsuit against me and to call him back. if I don't call him back he wishes me luck as the case unfolds and causes me great disaster....haaaaaaaaaa, but the sad part is elderly and people with no common sense fall for these things and give them their credit card number over the phone (which I'm sure they would have asked me for this information if I spoke with him). how is this being allowed to happen so much??? this is the third scam call I received this week.....

I got a call from the IRS LEGAL DEPARTMENT 202-754-8179 from Mr Daniel Investigator states my case number on my voice mail, so I called from my recorded office line and the call could no go through, I called several times and no luck, I called from my cell and it worked. He states I owe the IRS back taxes from 2009 to 2014 and told him he was a scammer, he laugh and asked for my atty, so I gave him my atty's name and number.....that was at 9a this morning and he still hasn't called my atty's office.....scam, scam, scam.....the IRS don't leave recorded message, they mail out letters.

Nobody there. Just a computer saying goodbye.
