from Daniel Wiseman says from irs gave me a file number and said it was a criminal lawsuit and said if he didnt here from me or my attorney wish me well as it all unfolds on me.

i recieved a call from a Daniel weisman gave me a file number and i needed to call imediatelly that he is calling from the irs and it would to my better good to call him back and if he hasn't heard from me or my attorny then basicely the laugh is on you but he did leave a file number

An Officer Daniel Wiseman, who seems to have an oddly computerized voice, claims to work for the IRS, and tells me I have a lawsuit filed against me. Tells me to return call immediately. Concludes by saying if he doesn't hear back from me, or my attorney, he has no choice but to "wish [me] a good luck while the situation unfolds on [me]".

my son got same call 5/20/2016 was scared he was going to have criminal record I looked up scam on IRS web site and filled report on fraudulent IRS calls and also filed report with the Federal trade commission if you look up IRS scam calls it takes you to a IRS page with links to report through IRS and Federal trade commision

yes i received a call the message was from Officer Daniel Weisman, informing me a criminal lawsuit is filed against me and to call back immediately. I call back some foreign speaking woman answer the call. when i started questioning her she hung the phone up.
