They said in automatic voice that were from Tax Department of Canada Revenue Agency, that was a tax complaint and they will issue an arrest order and put me in jail, if they don't hear from me immediately.

Received a robo call saying my ssn was going to be blacklisted.

Very confused. Sounds like either an asian or british person, could not understand. claimed that they were calling from the IRS and were going to send a complaint about me to my local police department.

Couldn't understand the guy, so I started to really question him. I told him I knew a lot of people in DC and I already reported one number as a scam. He proceeded to tell me to F off and hung up

Scam telling me that they have free money for me from federal reserves! Really!
