Received a threatening phone call this after from this number, stating that I've been charged with Tax Evasion and Tax Fraud and needed to settle charges now. I informed the caller that I know IRS do not make phone calls, instead they will send communications via regular and certified mail. DO NOT talk to these criminals!!!!! All my taxes are paid!!!!!

Auto call saying he is from legal officd of IRS, name Daniel Weisman, gave me a case # and basically that I would be sorry if I didn't call immediately. I've been told IRS doesn't make phone calls. Don't respond.... I have all my taxes paid!
