This David Carter (Indian accent guy) is a scam claiming he is from IRS. I left him a unpleasant voice mail back, he will get karma back and hopefully arrested.

I received similar call, and been told if I do not pay the money within 1 hour and 30 min, I will be arrested and my bank accounts will be all frozen .

Bwhahahaha.. Agent David Carter. from the IRS. First I don't owe any money second, the phony call is so bad that they use a recording. They cut off the first couple worlds of the recording. Third never used my name and were very generic in the message.

Said US Treasury Dept. and that they needed my attorneys name to answer questions about tax evasion. They told me that they would send the sheriff to my door and I said "OK". Then they hung up.
