IRS scam. someone called and said the same thing that I need to return the call if not I have a lawsuit against me.

Said they were IRS and I owed lots on Money. Scam. IRS does not call they send letters

This numbers called me and left a message saying they have a lawsuit filed against me and not to ignore this because they were going to freeze my social security number and my assets

I'm an Enrolled Agent and got this call. Must admit that if you don't know about the IRS it would make you nervous. This is a scam.
