202-754-8759 Computerized voice left a voice mail that this is the second attempt to reach you and if you do not call back a federal arrest warrant would be issued.

I received a call from (202) 754-8759. It was an automated robo-call using a spoof program to cover their tracks. The scam message indicated, I was in trouble and was part of a lawsuit, also a warrant for my arrest was issued. I've since blocked the number and I haven't had any more stupid childish idiots try to contact me.

I have received several calls and it's pretty much from these numbers. No name just an automated voice message stating that a lawsuit has been filed against me and there's a warrant for my arrest. I tried to call back the following numbers:

NO ANSWERS JUST SILENCE!!!

I do not get in trouble I obey the law and make sure my taxes are filed correctly and I have not received any letter or notification. This is a horrible fishing scam and who ever is doing this needs to be found. I have another voice message from what sounds like an automated voice of a guy leaving a very short message saying he David Cooper with the IRS, again not referring to anyone by name didn't leave a number.

Yes they called me numerous times. Tried calling back but no answer. Telling me I have been named in a lawsuit and an arrest warrant has been issued for my name. Like really. Honestly, I work for the IRS.

I just received a call from this number as well at my work phone. I didn't answer it, I just let it go to voicemail. The recorded message didn't state my name, but claimed that I had charges filed against me by the IRS. I could tell it was a scam so I did not call it back.

I also just received a phone call from this number. When I called back a man answered and said he was Senior Officer John White and if I resolved everything they could tell the local sheriff not to pursue legal action against me. He also said he would call back tomorrow and not to speak to anyone but him about the matter

Called and left a voice message saying I had an arrest warrant out for my arrest for fraud. Said to call back. I figured it was a scam because warrants come to your door not in a call or email.

Definitely a scam. The IRS would send certified mail if there was a problem, not reach out to individual's cell phones. These people are rediculous...do not fall for this scam!

I got a call today as well!! About scared the crap out of me when they said an arrest warrens has been issued. I tried calling the number back, but there was just silence. Glad to know this was a scam, but man to some people suck!!!

They said it was the Attorney General's office of the IRS and that a lawsuit had been filed against us.

Caller: Caller ID showed "Not In Use" rather than a name.

Called me at about 2:45 pm today and left a message saying I had an arrest warrant for tax fraud...I had to laugh,I'm disabled and draw 488.00 a month. I'd go turn my self in just to have a place to eat and sleep!

Called said there was an arrest warrant issued today for me, I've never been in trouble and try to obey the law. Called back no answer. These people should be shame of themself, stressed me out for no reason.

I also received a call today stating that I have a warrant out for my arrest. This is a scam. We do not owe anything to the IRS. But good try since this is just past tax season.
