Nothing but a scam!
Received same call. Called the number back and they answered, requiring we give our number. Hung up on them...

they are posing as IRS officers - BE CAREFUL IT IS A SCAM
They keep calling me, it's a robot! Says she is Lauren Matthews and very urgent I return the call or they'll file legal action against me. I tried calling the number back and it didn't even ring.
