Same as the above comment. A male with a very thick foreign accent said that I was entitled to $7,000. He said he was from the grant and treasury department. I started laughing and hung up. There is no such department.

A male caller with a thick, foreign accent, said he was from some US Government Department. I said I can't understand what dept you're saying, and he hung up on me.
