Someone called me by this number and said that I owned money....and wanted my bank account. It was an Indian accent.

Same for me here in Michigan. Claimed to sue me for IRS - blah blah blah. Don't pay attention to this-- it is a SCAM!

Spam! Caller name was James Watson. Said the IRS is sueing me. Told me one amount that amount changed. Got mad because I asked too many questions. Wanted the name of my bank. Said the police would be out for me in 24 hours. Beware!

computer voice saying final notice from IRS for a lawsuit they were filing. Did not call back . checked number first, as it was not a 1-800 number seemed a bit suspicious

Gave DC address. 111 Pennsylvania Avenue or something like that.
Indian call center.

The more I asked questions, the more his story fell apart. He hung up in frustration.

I was also called by this number. I was alarmed and wanted to call immediately because it was a computer voice. Then I realized that I would not receive a number that was not 800, nor would this not come to me on paper also. I googled it and found this site.

Claimed his name was James Watson, as he spoke with an Indian accent. He gave me the IRS's address in Washington. You could hear all the other people (with Indian accents) speaking in the background. Told him I'm glad I had his contact information to report him to the AG's office.
